Yesterday night, we met a guy in the only bar of Tok, a 1000 people community in the middle of nowhere. Once he discovered we are from Germany we received a very warm and hearthy welcome and conversation started. Asking where we are from leads to Jena and Zeiss. He immediately knew the brand famous for optics, specifically riflescopes. I shall talk to Eric Schumacher, the CEO of Zeiss’s North American Sportsoptics Business to get him a long desired riflescope at employee discount …. Would make many more friends here in the wilderness.
