Plan-NEOFLUAR Antiflex objective
The
Plan-NEOFLUAR 63x/1.25 Oil Ph3 Antiflex objective for incident light reflection contrast permits structures, e.g. cells grown on the bottom of a Petri dish, to be visualized by reflection contrast. Furthermore, this objective is also ideal for the Immunogold Staining (IGS or IGSS) technique. The contrast can be modulated via the lambda ¼ plate integrated in front of the front lens. Structures which would be invisible in normal brightfield microscopy can be visualized. The use of the A-Pol filter set (polarizer, neutral beam splitter, analyzer) is required. The integrated phase ring permits the use of phase contrast as an alternative at any time. | |
