FCS is a highly sensitive mothod for the quantification or protein/DNA-interactions in a homogeneous solution. FCS enables measurements to be performed without disruptinng the chemical equilibrum. The measurement are fast, highly reproducible, and eliminate the need for expensive wast disposal and handling of hazardous radioactive material.
